Please add a feature to Windsurf AI so that when using Ctrl+I (EDIT), it's possible to insert edits in separate, distant locations (1-1 placement), without launching a chat.

Example:

• In scripts where variables must be declared at the top, but I want to add a function far below (e.g., line 5000), let me:

• Insert a variable declaration automatically at (e.g.) line 10

• Insert the new function at (e.g.) line 5000

• All in one step with Ctrl+I, even though these lines are far apart

This should work for:

• Edits where the insertions are not adjacent but in fixed, separate locations (1-1)

• Small/quick changes (like micro-helper variables + short functions)

• No need to switch to the chat for these minimal actions

Summary:

• Enable multi-location, 1-1 edits from a single Ctrl+I (EDIT), for workflows needing declarations up top + code blocks elsewhere, without using chat.
