Hey, any updates to keep it from corrupting the plan file so that it can not only update properly, but stop adding duplicate tasks?

It's also corrupting code files and adding duplicates there too.

It charges me to add or fix something I never asked it to do, then it charges me to figure out what it's done, and then charges me to try to "fix" what it's broken, usually resulting in me having to either spend time manually figuring it out fixing corrupted code. I've had to revert several times.
