Roll-over of Pro Credits
Dikans
Upvote for this. I'm planning to unsub pro plan because I think my money is wasting when I paid for amount of cred but it vanishes if I don't use all of it. I don't think the team want to say: "If you can't use all the cred, that's your problem", right?

I too agree with this. Today my subscription got renewed but my unused credits around 90-100 were losted and not carry forwarded. I was saving my credits so atleast i can use them for some important work, but I really felt bad when i saw it was lost on renewal... Windsurf team please allow carry forward from previous month, I'll be really thankful to you.

Paid credits should carry over without expiring.
As users, we support the product financially each month because we believe in it. But when we can’t use all our credits and they disappear, it feels unfair and frustrating. Allowing credits to roll over shows respect for our investment and builds trust. It gives us real flexibility—some months we’re busy, others we dive deep. It also reduces cancellations and improves the overall experience. Leading platforms like Audible already do this because they understand a key truth: when users feel they’re winning, they stay loyal and happy

I didn't even know you didn't do this. This is really really poor customer experience. Cell phone companies figured out years ago that this just pisses off customers. Roll them all over! We obviously will buy more when we need it but don't force us to rebuy things we've already paid for.
Please take a look at my suggestion

I stopped buying premium because I lost over 1,000 credits on my $60 plan after I purchased 1 or 2 extra credits that month.

For real, why am I paying month for credits that don't roll over?? I use half the credits each month which means you guys are eating up what's left and forcing me to purchase additional credits? That makes no sense. If I pay my monthly fee, the credits should roll over. If I don't pay, then I lose my credits. That's the fair thing to do here.

After thinking about this for 3 minutes after posting my original comment, it really got me pissed off the fact they're doing this. Add an expiration or something, but to reset the credits every month is wildly unethical.

I doubt if Windsurf officials don't even look at our users' feedback

Are you guys really stealing credits from us every month if we don't use them all? That is incredibly unethical and really really nasty
