Would it be possible to do yearly plan instead of monthly?

Currently, markdown files for planning mode are created by Cascade in a file that resides in the User's personal directory. This makes it hard to bring our own plans. At work, I have many well layed out Jira tickets that could be easily converted to markdown and used as a plan for Windsurf. Also, I kind of like the idea of commiting plans to the git repository.

I want to create general rules for plan modes, but it seems like it's ignoring global rules for now. Yes, I can stop the process then make another request to update the plan first, but it would be nicer if the LLM read the rules before doing the planning. Rules examples: Always break down the task into a hierarchy of tasks and subtasks. The subtasks need to be small, achievable in a short time, specific, and measurable.

I initially subscribed to the $30 plan today, then switched to the $15 plan. After changing to the $15 plan, I was charged again. What happened to my previous $30 plan? The money wasn't refunded, and it wasn't applied to my current usage?

looing for a way to get doing what i was doing but require way more than what the account gives - so i was thinking could you do an unlimited plan i see you got unlimited prompts but its the actions that are important

I use CLINE on VSCode and I find that the plan mode is very useful for talking to the AI about what we want to do and what it plans to do. This helps to avoid developing unnecessary things or misunderstandings. Wouldn't it be possible to implement a similar mode in Cascade?

since the update today, i get an error "Not enough credits. Upgrade to a paid plan or switch to Cascade Base model.". however, i've already selected the base model. can't use the chat no more :(
